I just wanted to take a minute and share with you a couple of pictures. The fluff ball is, of course, Cairo. As you recall 4 years ago I flew from Massachusetts to your shop in Georgia to pick her up and take her home. She joined our family which included my mini schnauzer, Cappy. Although getting on in years Cairo and Cappy were quite the team. As things happen, Cappy lived a long and happy life but with his passing we definitely felt a gap, and so did Cairo, so I contact you once again and picked out one adorable pup from your web site.- remember how you sent me videos so I could see him in action? You arranged shipping and 18 months ago little Rio joined our team. It is one thing about the Havenese, they love people, dogs, cats, ferrets, you name it – Rio acclimated to our home and life without any problem and he and Cairo were “buds” from day one.
Last month we once again experienced a loss. Rio contracted Lyme’s disease despite on going prevention. As in the very rare case, antibiotic therapy did not resolve the problem and his kidney were permanently affected to the point of no return and with a heavy heart we made the decision to put him down.
When I emailed you to let you know, I was so surprised to learn of your guarantee. A guarantee to replace one of your dogs should the dog die for what ever reason – no questions asked -for 3 years! I meant how unbelievable is that? Everyone I have told about that just can not believe it.
It did not take us long to decide to take you up on your offer. We miss Rio and wanted another of these wonderful dogs in our family. Within a couple of weeks and a couple of emails Rocco (short for Morocco) arrived at Boston’s Logan airport. He’s the “slightly” smaller one.
Again Nancy thank you for breeding such wonderful companions, thank you for your understanding of how entwined these dogs are in a family’s life, and your guarantee that allows families to fill the gap when the unplanned unfortunate loss happens.

Dear Nancy:
My family is owners of three noble gold havanese. My mom has four year old Cisco. My sister and I have litter mates – two year old Pancho and Rufus. Pancho lives in Atlanta with my sister. Rufus lives with us in New Jersey. I was very concerned when we brought Rufus up north. Being of Cuban decent, I was concerned that he would not like the cold. I was wrong. Snow is Rufus’ absolute favorite. We got a blizzard his first year. I spent a long time in the back yard clearing an area for him. I let him out. He was not interested in the cleared area, he made a b-line for the 20+ inches of snow. It is no picnic getting snow out of his fur, but what are you going to do – he loves the snow. Being an owner of a former Maltese, my wife wanted a small dog. Rufus, the runt of his litter, remained small. His comes in at just 10 pounds while his brother Pancho is close to 18 pounds. All three are very happy and spoiled rotten.
I noticed your new puppies. We are thinking of a play mate for Rufus. You would not happen to have any of the chocolate sable or gold sable puppies left? Let me know. Thanks

Morning Nancy.
No Jo hasnt named her yet, waiting for the right inspiration and observing her. She is still Puppy but she has been perfect, peed 3 times on the paper in the shower, but had one little poop on the floor in the living room, Jo picked it up, took it to the paper in the shower and she went and smelled it.
Phoenix our beardie male is doing well with her, but he is keeping his distance. One time she growled at him a couple of times when he came near the glass shower, and a couple of times he has growled gently at her when she got too close to his face. I am sure it will work out with them, but we are giving him a lot of extra attention.
She is adorable, and we both love her already! Thank you so much for you help and patience in letting Jo pick her new 16 year pal.....
But thank you for the option of correcting the situation if it does not work out, that takes all the pressure off.
Did you see the pictures? One is so good you could publish it. You are welcomed to take any and put them on your website. Will advise when Jo christen's her.

Our little boy is doing fantastic.
We named him Cruiser.
He has adjusted incredibly well.
Our Porties love him too.
He likes going on the boat & he goes everywhere with us, right along with our other 2.
He is very smart, and is learning to go potty outside.
He is so much fun & playful, he gets playing so hard with our 2 porties, it is hilarious, he is fearless and then all the sudden he gets so tired he just instantly falls asleep. He is a perfect fit for us and exactly what we wanted, he is full of spunk, lots of love & a ton of personality & then some : )

As we sit watching our puppy, Scooter, chew his deer antler I felt
compelled to write you a quick note of thanks. We chose Scooter in
May of this year and have fallen so in love with this little dog! He
steals the heart of everyone who meets him. I visit your site often
to look at puppies and keep begging my husband for a playmate for
Scooter but haven't convinced him yet, still working on it though! He
makes us laugh every day with his craziness, this is one happy little
guy.
Here's a recent photo of Scooter, he's definitely part of the family
and we can't imagine life without him in it.

I thought I would drop a note to say that I am glad to see the letters from other owners on your web site. I would love for you to add a section with photos of your Noblegold pups and their forever families. Cisco is now five years old and was and is the love of our life. He brings joy to us every day. He was a surprise gift from our kids on our 40th Anniversary. Two years later his half brothers Pancho and Rufus joined our family. Pancho lives in Atlanta with our daughter and Rufus lives in NJ with our son and his family. No regrets from any of us.
One of Pancho and Bill's favorite activities is going for a long bike ride. I am enclosing some photos. This smart, loveable little guy has seen so many camera flashes that he thinks he is a rock star and loves to pose.
To anyone who is thinking about purchasing a Noblegold puppy, please do not hesitate. They are simply the best little dogs I have had the pleasure of knowing.

Hi Nancy,
Hope all is well. We have been quite busy, we moved my 92 year old Aunt from Michigan down here to live with us last August.
Cruiser absolutely adores her, as you can see from the picture I have attached. She has always been a dog person & Cruiser has really made her feel happy & loved. She was not doing so well living on her own as she was malnourished and lonely. She has done a complete turn-a-round. Cruiser watches her & keeps her active during the day as he loves for her to toss his toys so he can bring it back to her until the both poop out & take a nap together. He is certainly the apple of her eye. She spoils him rotten. Cruiser has been the best dog ever. He is so sweet & splits his time between all of us after we come home from work. He is so cute as he is always checking out everything we are doing like a little guardian angel. We still would like to add a little girl to our clan eventually. I just love to look at your web site to see all the new babies. I visit quite often. Well I have to go for now as my battery is going dead on my laptop.

I keep forgetting to do this at home, so I thought I’d just send it before I left work tonight. I’m 45 minutes from home, and by the time I get home and play with the doggies, I typically don’t love getting on the computer! Some days are better than other days.
This was taken toward the end of May, after he turned 8 in April.
I adore him! He has black spots on the side you can’t see in this picture. I have some newer pictures on the camera that I will send one of soon – where he’s “flat-out”.

You may not remember, (so many Havanese puppies! I get happy every time I visit the web site!), but he was solid white on one side, and 3 fairly large spots on one side. If you view him from one side, he looks like a white dog with a black head.

Then, when he was about 17 weeks old, he started getting black specks all in his white – I think I learned that was the “ticking” gene, or something like that. I don’t think you can see them in this picture, but when his hair is cut close, he shows them clearly.
I can’t imagine my world without this precious boy! He is a blessing in every way. My husband says he’s the best dog – that there is no better dog, and his dog is our 15 year old Bichon, Alex. Alex is brilliant, and has always been very trying! But he is winding down now, sadly enough. Of course we love him completely, too, but we always have laughing told him, “Alex, what will they never ever say about you?”, and then we sing him the tune from that show that used to be on Animal Planet, “you-good-dog-you!”

Judah is extremely loved, and I tell him every day that he’s a good, good boy, and that I love him very much. He might could have had a better home than ours, but I don’t think he could have been any more loved. I never take him for granted – not any day.

I hope I am not boring you with photos! Geez, I can not imagine our
lives without this puppy. He is so smart, funny and cute. He is almost
too smart; like having a 2 year old. No, he is not crate trained but
'bed' trained as he has slept with me every night since we got him. He
says "woof' at 7am when he needs to go outside and go potty and like
to get back in bed and sleep until 9am. He is such a character!! Many
thanks for raising him. We all think he is the cutest puppy in the
world!!
